Kelly-Anne Shoaf is the Team Leader After a successful career in public relations and marketing, Kelly wanted a change. She began her real estate career in 2003 and has won the Circle of Excellence Bronze Award for the past five years. As a company leader, she has been recognized by Prudential’s President’s Circle in 2005 and 2008 and Leading Edge Society in 2006, 2007. BCCAR has singled her out as a Superior Performer more than ten times over the past five years. She has experience in residential, commercial and land in Burlington, Camden and Gloucester counties. She delights in working with buyers and sellers. Kelly resides in Medford Lakes with her family. Mary Switick Mary Switick had a long career as a respiratory therapist before joining the SJ Area Homes Team as a sales associate. As such, she has had lots of practice in listening and reacting to people’s wants and needs. She loves working with buyers and is always on the lookout for investment property herself. So, if you are thinking of investment property, Mary could be the one to find the gem for you. She has also had experience with short sales. She is a lifetime resident of Marlton with close ties to that community. She raised her three sons there and loves the Evesham Township area. Christine "Chris" Gilmer Chris Gilmer has been a licensed sales associate for five years. As an entrepreneur, she brings a little different flavor to our team. She enjoys working with buyers and respects their time. She grew up in Atlantic county and is our resident beach bum. She lives in Lumberton with her family and is an area expert for Bobbys Run. Melanie Howell Melanie has been licensed since 2000 and has experience in leasing as well as residential real estate. Melanie has been expnading her business while working closely with the team members. She is critical to our success and interacts with our clients on a daily basis. Melanie grew up in Burlington county. She and her family live in Medford Lakes. The SJ Area Homes Team does things a little differently, and we pride ourselves on going the extra mile.
