Kelly-Anne Shoaf is the Team Leader After a successful career in public relations and marketing, Kelly wanted a change. She began her real estate career in 2003 and has won the Circle of Excellence Bronze Award for the past five years. As a company leader, she has been recognized by Prudential’s President’s Circle in 2005 and 2008 and Leading Edge Society in 2006, 2007. BCCAR has singled her out as a Superior Performer more than ten times over the past five years. She has experience in residential, commercial and land in Burlington, Camden and Gloucester counties. She delights in working with buyers and sellers. Kelly resides in Medford Lakes with her family. Christine "Chris" Gilmer Chris Gilmer has been a licensed sales associate for five years. As an entrepreneur, she brings a little different flavor to our team. She enjoys working with buyers and respects their time. She grew up in Atlantic county and is our resident beach bum. She lives in Lumberton with her family and is an area expert for Bobbys Run. The SJ Area Homes Team does things a little differently, and we pride ourselves on going the extra mile.
