After a successful career in public relations and marketing, Kelly wanted a change.She began her real estate career in 2003 and has won the Circle of Excellence Bronze Award for the past four years.As a company leader, she has been recognized by Prudential’s President’s Circle and Leading Edge Society.BCCAR has singled her out as a Superior Performer more than ten times over the past five years.

She has experience in residential, commercial and land in Burlington, Camden and Gloucester counties.

She delights in working with buyers and sellers.Kelly resides in Medford Lakes with her family.

 Kelly Handt is a realtor with more than five years experience in the south jersey market.

A long time resident of Southern New Jersey, she was born and raised in Camden County After completing a Bachelors of Art Degree at Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania, she moved to Gloucester County.

Now, she resides in Southampton and is our Southampton, Shamong and Tabernacle expert.She was recognized by Burlington Camden County Association of Realtors Circle of Excellence Award in 2005.

Kathryn "Katie" Horch, Realtor

 Kathryn “Katie” Horch is a driven sales associate, who thrives on goals.She is a triathlete and marathon runner.In only 4 years, she qualified for and ran the Boston marathon, competed in half ironman distance triathlons and even qualified for Nationals in 2005.This takes dedication and focus.She applies this same discipline to her real estate career.With a background in health and fitness and a master’s degree, she understands the tenacity you need as a buyer’s agent and will go the distance in selling your home.

Katie lives in Marlton with her family and specializes in Voorhees, Moorestown and the Marlton area.

She is a lifetime resident of Marlton with close ties to that community.She raised her three sons there and loves the Evesham Township area.
